Koto Society members perform on a cool spring afternoon against the tranquil
backdrop of the the Tidal Basin. This annual event is attended by
Washington dignitaries, Cherry Blossom Princesses, and many others. The
Japanese stone lantern (ishi-doro) is over three-and-a-half centuries old.
